addng gfdl cmip var mapping plus the additonal info needed. note that… #557

… there are cmip5 and cmip6 mappings, but the cmip6 mappings are not useful as almost all the internal names were same as the cmor names. So refer to cmip5 csv and ignore the other. one has modeling_realm and the other has miptable
