Ocean_BGC checkout needs update #42

Describe the bug ocean_BGC repository's master branch was renamed "main". We need to update our checkout script. https://github.com/NOAA-GFDL/SHiELD_build/blob/331103829f1393937008c0a6df76572d1a22562e/CHECKOUT_mom6.csh#L12

To Reproduce Try to checkout shiemom ./CHECKOUT_code shiemom and it will fail

Expected behavior Code should check out
