@nikizadehgfdl Can you give this branch another try through FRE. If it passes please complete the PR.

This branch represents a merge of all the side branches but does reproduce dev/master results.

Uses lists per grid-cell which simplifies making the code reproducible across layouts and more importantly allows berg-berg interactions.
Includes iceberg identifiers so we can troubleshoot more easily.
Passes restart and layout tests with "generated" bergs in every model cell.
Closes #28 which pre-dates #33.
Close #33 which pre-dates #35.
Close #35 which has been merged into this branch, project/grid_of_lists.
