Iceberg basin-of-origin tracking when using FMS1 #72

Updated icebergs_fmsio.F90 to incorporate recent changes to icebergs_fms2io.F90, which have to do with tracking the iceberg basins-of-origin. Icebergs now compiles using FMS1, so this should fix issue #71
