re run indicators for most recent snapshot #2

All the indicators were ran using obis_20230208.parquet

OBIS has a newer snapshot available obis_20240723.parquet

re-run all the resolutions using the new snapshot.

@mimidiorio FYI, new files are available using the most recent OBIS snapshot.
