Remove obsolete ExaWorks directory #41

Removes the ExaWorks directory. We are not using that anymore and it is cluttering things up.

Also a small update to the frontend container to accommodate a change in path in the upstream spack-stack container.

@NaureenBharwaniNOAA - The tests were failing because of an upstream change to spack-stack containerization. I had to make a small adjustment to accommodate a small change in the way spack-stack containers are created. My last commit undid your approval. If you can please re-review this PR when you have a chance, I'd really appreciate it.
