The initial implementation of Parsl apps for installation of the JEDI QG model all used many of the same input arguments. This is repetitive and annoying for users. This PR introduces a QG class for encapsulating the invariant input data and methods for returning and executing the Parsl functions associated with the various stages of the installation process: cloning, configuring, and makeing.
