firewx Data Directory Change on WCOSS-2 #3

NCO Dataflow is planning to make a directory change for the firewx data on WCOSS-2. Currently, data is pulled from PDA and regardless of the filename, is placed in the current dated directory. For instance, /lfs/h1/ops/prod/dcom/20220726/firewx contains filenames with dates of 20220724 and 20220725.

We would like to transition so that the corresponding dates in the filenames are placed in the correct dated directories in the dcom space. We will be testing on the WCOSS-2 dev nodes first.

This change will influence GEFS-Aerosols and I will update "exglobal_prep_chem.sh" accordingly.
