According to the latest format of GB data, there is only one day of data under each day's directory for example: 20220818/firewx only contains GB data of 20220818.

Yes, however, the original structure is each day's directory includes two files (listed in the previous comments). So I am afraid that you delete one date, and the job will not find two days data.
