Right now this just affects Jason's AMDAR verification, since PBLH is the only field we use METplus to verify that's not available on the CONUS cutout. However, new RRFS domain regions also need to be created in order to verify the RRFS_A against the ECMWF (I assume they will want the full domain for that).
