Update Metadata update Go code to use different Couchbase collection for Metadata #377

Randy is re-designing the metadata collection and access for Couchbase. Once he is done, the new Couchbase metadata update scripts will need to be updated to use this collection. Also, the new collection settings need to be captured outside code. This location needs to be determined.
