Move METexpress metadata from model-vxtest to emb-prod-verif #383

model-vxtest is going away, so we need to move the METexpress metadata scripts to a new VM. emb-prod-verif has been suggested as a good option.

I moved the METexpress metadata to emb-prod-verif, where it seems to run well.
