Choose method for handling color tables. #5

Several viable options have been proposed for how to handle color scales/tables. For now, the repo will take a "season: warm|cold" tag in the config yaml, but that is expected to change to accommodate the method we settle on for choosing colors.

The various options can be found in the discussion in PR #4.
