Similar issue do not exist

What is the bug or the crash?

In the help, under Rainy Days section, "access" should be "excess"

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Open Run Pollution Analysis Tool
  2. Look at Number of Rainy Days in a Year in the help pane
