Closes the following issues: #33, #35, #36, #39, and #40

Major updates:

• addition of 'free_y' argument to many functions
• legend modification to accommodate changes to ggplot
• updates to prevent threshold_summary plots from failing due to dplyr updates
• updates to accomodate changes to the officer package and flextable
• enhancements to teh create_flextable functions to allow for more user control
