Add a "units" page to this repo #20

We are using this as a definition for what unit types are allowed in the ADIOS DB Data Model.

It would be good to have a single page with all allowable units in the repo to be easily viewed and linked to.

This should be output from the unit data table in the code -- maybe even automatically by the CI?

done

it's built by the tests, not quite automatic in the CI, but if if the tests are run, it'll get rebuilt
