[ ] Create a product config yaml (Katherine)
[ ] Submit PR for all Alaska FIM product configs to generate pipeline
[ ] Create a git branch for this service
[ ] Create a publishing yaml file
[ ] Create a publishing mapx file (ONLY extent layer added for now)
[ ] Submit PR for review
[ ] Test service in UAT
[ ] Edit mapx and product config yaml files to add QC FIM layers

Adding Don to this one, Katherine they can help you get these FIM for Alaska out the door while providing a training opportunity. So with more time to add this into 2.1.8 its a good opportunity for you to guide Don and Edison along with making these.
