[x] Create a product config yaml
[x] Submit PR for all Alaska FIM product configs to generate pipeline
[x] Create a git branch for this service
[x] Create a publishing yaml file
[x] Create a publishing mapx file (ONLY extent layer added for now)
[x] Submit PR for review
[ ] Test service in UAT
[ ] Edit mapx and product config yaml files to add QC FIM layers
