Sanity Check All Services for FIM30 updated on UAT #811

Based on our conversation Shawn, lets ensure these are on UAT ready for FIM 30 so we know we have everything ready for them:

[x] Boundary Layer for FIM 30 Extents
[x] AnA FIM Extents Public Version*#
[x] RFC FIM Extents Public Version*#
[x] NWM NBM FIM Extents Public Version#
[x] NWM NBM 5 Day High Flow Magnitude available no masking
[x] AnA FIM Extent PR VI Public Version
[x] SRF 48 Hour FIM Extent PR VI Public Version

Services that should be there that need no adjustment

[x] AnA HIgh Flow Magnitude
[x] RFC Max Streamflow
[x] AnA High Flow Magnitude PR VI
[x] SRF High Flow Magnitude PR VI

*Should automatically update with boundary layer added to UAT

Service layer should be masked to 30% area
