Refers to Task #991 - Copied the symbology from the CONUS version of this service and updated the mapx:

1 FILE CHANGED: Core/LAMBDA/viz_functions/viz_publish_service/services/analysis_assim_alaska/ana_streamflow_ak_noaa.mapx

Updated the Symbology to also use the same values, colors and labels as the CONUS service: Image
