It seems like whatever the issue was, it's since been corrected. Inundation in v4.5.12.0 is not being underpredicted as in the original issue, shown below with 10-year AEP.
Can you show the reach just downstream of this? Version 4.5.2.11 is showing the above as better, but the next reach downstream still has the issue.
10-year AEP v4.5.12.0 looks a little better. The light blue areas are added with the pit-filled REM as compared to v4.5.12.0.

" It appears that the RFC/HAND FIM is significantly underpredicting downstream of LIKF1, which is forecast to see moderate flooding. Depicted inundation (see attached) is largely remaining confined within the channel. This continues well downstream until after the confluence with the Withlacoochee River. This may be due to a cross walking issue, or some other type of issue which is unknown at this time.
