Longitudinal thalweg DEM burn-in process is creating a "notch" in the channel cross section. This leads to artifacts in the REM grid and SRC output.

[ ] Run thalweg_drop_check.py
- [x] Create feature branch (thalweg_drop branch)
- [ ] Debug for threshold argument not making it into compare_thalweg function
[ ] Clean up /outputs/single_pixel_inundation/ to save on VM storage
[ ] Identify HUCs from single_pixel_inundation run where there are large drops where we can do some testing (qualitative assessment)
[ ] Ideas for correction refine/turn off lateral thalweg adjustment
[ ] Get Carson access to production server
[ ] Run tests/eval on production server

@CarsonPruitt-NOAA @BrianAvant-NOAA Carson should have access to the Cahaba API right? Will he need access to the production machine, too?

@BradfordBates-NOAA @CarsonPruitt-NOAA He should have access to the API but it isn't configured to run the sequence of events we need for this task.

679 fixed the REM but did it fix the SRC?
