Additions

• Ability to run two sample models on four sample basins.
• Environment file in the directory
• Cleaned up name of trained models and config files
• Cleaned up libraries imported
• Cleaned up README file, hopefully someone can run the BMI for LSTM based on the directions in the Readme.

Removals

• The old bmi_lstm model, which was difficult to change, if needed.
• All the references to the old model
