Given users of wres that rely on netcdf blobs When I release a new version of wres Then I want to be reasonably confident that the netcdf blobs are written accurately

( and, therefore, I want automated tests that make assertions about netcdf blobs, probably unit/integration tests, otherwise system tests or both )

Because we were otherwise going to release v5 with fubared netcdf writing for some subset of (up to all) evaluations involving discrete/vector features, not gridded features.
