Add DNA extract archive location to DMP template #1

In conversations with Kelly and Nastassia it came up that the NOAA Data Management plan should include information on how and where DNA extracts are being archived (prompted by Kelly's transfer of lab materials).

My recommendation is that the data management plan for archived DNA would include: Overall strategy of archiving Location Volume Temperature POC & Backup POC

I added a section to 5.1 for our example EcoFOCI dataset: Samples are separated into three stocks: a working stock (20 µL) stored in the -20°C, a back-up (40-50 µL) stored in the -80°C, and an archival stock (30-40 µL) stored in the -80°C. All eDNA extracts are stored in a purple cryobox. Location of DNA extracts, including working, back-up, and archival stocks, are in the PMEL OME Freezer inventory is OME_FreezerInventory. Archival stokes must have an O-ring. POC: Zack Gold, Backup POC: Shannon Brown (Laboratory Manager)
