Consider adding pub. refs to SOCAT gridded annotations

Reported by @AnsleyManke on 16 Jul 2013 20:51 UTC Dorothee and Chris suggested this, as part of a discussion of whether there should be non-SOCAT datsets configured on the SOCAT gridded server for comparison purposes.

I have added the ref's to the html info documents, but they could also be in the annotations block. We'd need to add the information to the dataset configuration, maybe as a Ferret property, and then add them to the annotation info.

issues:

Look out for those datasets where we add ICOADS variables - those vars should not get the reference.
What about difference plots? Two different ref's? No ref?

Here are the details for the correct references:

For version 1.5 the reference is Sabine et al. (2013). For the coastal mask the reference is Pfeil et al (2013) For version 2 the reference is Bakker et al (2013, submitted).
