URL parameters not being kept #1732

The URL from www.socat.info to the cruise data viewer at ferret.pmel.noaa.gov/Cruise_Data_Viewer specifies the parameters for valid fCO2 and WOCE-2 flag, but they are not being kept for the plot that is made. This can be observed by: (1) selecting these two options and updating - plot looks good (2) reload the current page - the parameters disappear from the selection panel and the plot goes back to that with NaN fCO2 and WOCE-3 and WOCE-4 flags.
