Required and optional tags in OADS spec? #1

Is there a document that list whether specific tags are required or optional in OADS metadata? For example in a person tag are the ID, IDType, and role tags required or optional?

@lqjiang sent me the latest version of the excel spreadsheet. The required fields are red.

The sheet is in the OADS documentation folder.
