Consider a linkage between OAP metadata on the NRDD database #33

The OAP will begin populating the NRDD database with OAP project information.

Consider linking the NRDD database with the OAP metadata tool project information. NRDD is an OAR hosted database.

Considering only a small portion of the OAP research projects are in the NRDD, could we set up a system that will pull the OAP research project information from this table instead?

This table currently reflects the most updated information of the OAP projects, and OAP has promised to update this table when new projects pop up.
