Add a controlled vocabulary and additional functionality to the institution #34

  1. Add the institution list form the attached document as a dropdown list to the institution field in the metadata application.
  2. Allow the user to add a new institution.

TBD - how do we curate the list of added institutions? TBD - allow NCEI to harvest from this list.
