In the column header identification step, we should allow scientists to skip through a lot of them, and only focus on columns that have a valid parameter, e.g., Dissolved oxygen, Nitrate, Dissolved inorganic carbon, etc.
The providers should not spend a lot of time mapping them to something but later on such info is unused. It also adds lots of burden to our data processing within NCEI, because we would have to add a new row to the mapping table for each of these "parameters", when they are not really real oceanographic parameters.
