documentation: broken link #127

At the bottom of this page https://ferret.pmel.noaa.gov/Ferret/documentation/users-guide/appendix-a-external-functions/scat2grid_bin_xy is this sentence:

The FAQ, Calling SCAT2GRID functions for DSG data explains how to work with these datasets. The link to "Calling SCAT2GRID functions for DSG data" is incorrect. It should be https://ferret.pmel.noaa.gov/Ferret/faq/calling-scat2grid-functions-dsg-data
