Add trajectory plots

Add 3-D trajectory plot with component 2d plots:

• 3D plot: x=longitude, y=latitude, z=altitude
• 2D plots: complementary x=longitude, y=altitude and x=latitude, y=altitude

This is done, but I haven't figured out how to sync the two companion graphs yet. Updated with selectable colorbar.
