Since Bob's making it easy we're going to require it.

This of course does not work for ERDDAP's that are out of the control of the LAS installer. This means they either have to install an ERDDAP, subscribe to the data set and and the variable or do without.

Can we also just run some python code to stitch the two halves of the data set together instead of using Java code that is brittle.
