Implement sequential training of the network

clean up: -factor out the filename making utility (use dictionary?)

manually change job script to implement time loop over training data

• add function to training that resets the network (new filename and training history)
• resets parameter tuple
• submit to training

automation -add some configuration options for step size. -add a loop
