refactoring: simplify model #21

turn off convolution and just use deep NN (probably not worth it)

change model.py
change training.py

Simplify number of options for the state variables

factor out Dataset_np from training
reduce Dataset_np to just one relevant option
make Dataset_np work with different files in the backend.
