remove 'gefs' from describing data streams in directory structure

original upload of data for prepbufr and 1bamua streams were called conv/gefs-prepbufr and amsua/gefs accordingly. After discussion with Jeff and after realizing that we have more than one satellite feed, the decision was made to rename the streams as conv/prepbufr and amsua/1bamua accordingly. Any future reprocessed data will have a tag in the file path. e.g. amsua/1bamua_sfs01
