gaea changes #171

This PR covers the errors and omissions from Halle's review. I confidently expect that there will be more to do in future; this is just to catch the new material up. We need to talk about scrontab, I was confused about that.

Once we're live, I'd like to talk about what we really want this material to look like.

Sorry for the confusion under cron review in wiki --- I think what I meant to say was that the new common docs lacks a cron section under gaea user guide (specificying scron usage on gaea)

I do not see anything similar to this page on the new website [https://gaeadocs.rdhpcs.noaa.gov/wiki/index.php?title=Cron]()
