Correct information in Getting Started, under Accessing Systems #185

Quoting Chat from Raghu:

On that same page: "On-Premise RDHPCS systems (Gaea, Hera, Jet, Niagara, PPAN) are accessed via SSH" "On-Premise RDHPCS systems (Gaea, Hera, Jet, Niagara, PPAN) are accessed via SSH/Tectia"

Not sure how to word it, but if they use CAC they have to use Tectia.

The Getting Started page referring to systems, needs to be updated to include the Tectia requirement.
