Closes #14 #133 #184

I reworked the sidebar and file organization to line up more with what OLCF has.
The prior mishmash and incorrectly located content has been organized under:

Accounts and Projects
Connecting

I touched Software, placing the Module info underneath. I touched Slurm, placing the Gaea job overview underneath.

I'm not touching the gaea_job_overview any more as part of this PR; I've simply noted how stale it is and that it needs to be refreshed for [CF][56]. Everything else thou is fair game.
