Sorry that I wasn't able to join the discussion yesterday. @timfullerrowell and @ZhuxiaoLi66, I wonder if we can use the recent storm case (2/27) to patch up the same plot. MSIS results in this plot still doesn't look right @ZhuxiaoLi66
