IPE magnetic fields and transport Ksi factor #17

It appears that the Ksi factor used at high latitudes has strong fluctuation along flux tube direction. We need to investigate the cause of the fluctuation and understand if the problem comes from the B values, which were originally calculated using the grid generation package. See issue #16 for some previous discussion.

Figure that George presented on 2/10. Plotted here is the parameter grid % magnetic_field_strength (top) and the difference in height (dB/dh) for mp 40 and lp 20. The dB/dh values in the bottom panel show strong fluctuation along the tube.

George has tried to use the latest IGRF to see if we can get rid of fluctuated B problem. The black line is B from the new IGRF on one flux tube.

I have tried to turn on the Ksi factor for the larger tubes using the tagged WAM-IPE v1.0, the problem still persists.
