IPE E-region density structures #23

There is an odd density structure in E-region that needs to be investigated. As shown in the following figure (O+ at 150 km), there are density depletions show up in the day time, which might be associated with plasma transport.

Attached is an image of O+ from Heelis run at 150 km. Some odd feature also shows up at certain grid points.

This issue can be related to transport issue #30 .

The E region density feature has been resolved with the latest transport code. See details on PR 34. https://github.com/NOAA-SWPC/GSMWAM-IPE/pull/34
