Tim and I have done several validations in the electric field and TEC during the 2015 Mar and 2003 Nov storms. The Heelis branch calculates high-latitude potential from the Weimer model but uses crit1/crit2 from the Heelis definition. I think we are ready to get the code merged in. Could you please take a look at the changes and let me know if there are any problems? Thank you very much!
