Consolidate Domain Decomposition Information #9

Grid and domain decomposition information (e.g., NLP, NMP, mp_low, mp_high) are replicated among IPE classes.

It may be beneficial to consolidate all related information to one single IPE class (Grid) in order to minimize the possibility of inconsistencies and errors.
