Build warnings related to statement functions INDLSEV and INDLSOD, as well as ifort remark 8291 (recommended width in formatting). Output is bitwise identical on supported systems.

the hourly 24 hrs sig (sigf and sfcf) WAM output with the pull40 update has been compared with the WAM tip output on Hera, the comparison gets the bit-by-bit results. It is good to move ahead.
