Charts implementation with PlotlyJS

Need to revisit PlotlyJs charting library for correct implementation.

To Do:

• [ ] fix zooming/panning for y-axis
• [ ] fixed menu buttons
• [ ] check decimal places for values
• [x] fixed overlapping of legend graphics with y-axis title
• [x] gridline labels looking like negative values on rightmost y-axis
• [x] remove full stop from title.
