Plotting Library

Create a library/package of plotting routines to visualise BDY files.

Access routines through a main function for command line driven calls.

Produce a series of ipynbs to access these functions too.

• [ ] plot variable along the open boundary given rimwidth number
• [ ] plot parent variable at closest location to BDY point along the open boundary
