FES2014 doesn't work on master branch #80

FES2014 tidal files have a different structure to TPXO7.2 We had them working on a tides-only branch on the old py27 bitbucket code. Tom ported this to the IMMERSE branch at python3. It needs to go back into the master.

@jdha FES2014 works! Needs some tweaking but it is totally achievable on the short timescales I'm interested in for the NEMO relocate and for the Michela's, Marta's and Valerie's
