Hi there, hoping you can help. We are using QlikSense and in our test site we have a dataset that covers up until August 2017. When using the date range picker, we are finding that selecting “Today”, “Yesterday”, “Last 7 Days”, “Last 30 Days”, “This Month”, “Last Month”, or a range that extends later than August 2017, is not functioning accurately. By this I mean, when we select any of those, the dates do not actually set and no filter is applied. If however we select a range when the “To” date is prior to August, it works.
Can you help us understand if that is a known issue or drawback of this extension? I.e. that it only applies for dates where you have valid data? My thought would be that if you select a range from January to October, it would still apply the filter and just not show you anything from August onwards as there is no valid data.
